The 80’s Pack – Boss Katana AIR-EX / AIR
Bring back the unmistakable sound of 80’s Rock and Hair Metal with this collection of 4 custom patches for the Boss Katana AIR-EX / AIR.
Inspired by the huge guitar tones that defined the decade, this pack covers everything from lush 80’s cleans and chorus textures to hot-rodded rock rhythms and soaring lead tones.
Big guitars, modulation, gain and sustain — everything you need to bring that classic 80’s character to your Katana.
This Pack Includes 4 Patches:
- 80’s HairClean – Wide, polished clean tone with classic 80’s character.
- 80’s RockMyMan – Punchy rock rhythm tone with that hot-rodded amp feel.
- 80’s RockMyMan II – A second variation with a different gain and response.
- 80’s SoloRockMan – Saturated, sustaining lead tone made for big 80’s solos.
All patches were carefully created and balanced for the Boss Katana AIR-EX / AIR.
The demo tones were captured with a condenser microphone, with no post-processing added.
What you hear in the demo is the sound of the patches.
