Artists Pack – Boss Katana AIR-EX

A versatile collection of 6 custom patches for the Boss Katana AIR-EX, covering everything from smooth cleans and expressive blues tones to powerful high-gain sounds.

Inspired by the tones and playing styles of legendary guitarists such as John Mayer, Gary Moore, Joe Satriani and Stevie Ray Vaughan, this pack was designed to give you a broad palette of sounds for both rhythm and lead playing.

This Pack Includes 6 Patches:

1. Glassy Tubes – Dynamic, glassy overdrive with plenty of touch sensitivity.
2. Glory Blues – Rich and expressive blues tone with a singing character.
3. Liquid Chords – Smooth, spacious tone designed for articulate chord work.
4. Brutal Fist – Aggressive high-gain tone with punch and definition.
5. Flying Blue – Expressive lead tone with sustain and clarity.
6. Still Blues – Warm, emotional blues lead tone with a vocal-like response.

All patches were carefully created and balanced specifically for the Boss Katana AIR-EX.

A variety of guitars were used during the creation and demonstration of the tones.

Tone samples were recorded in stereo using a Zoom H4N Pro.
