The clean patch delivers the bright, spacious character of the iconic intro, while the lead tone provides the tight, articulate high-gain response required for the song’s heavy riffs. The solo patch is voiced for a smooth, powerful and cutting lead sound.
The patches were created using an Ibanez RG with DiMarzio Tone Zone and Air Norton pickups. For the clean intro, the second pickup position was used for the most authentic response.
