Inspired By John Mayer – New Fractal AM4 Pack

A brand-new Fractal AM4 pack is here!

The Inspired By John Mayer Pack was created around some of the tones and playing dynamics that have made John Mayer’s sound so recognizable — from warm, touch-sensitive cleans to smooth overdrive and expressive lead tones.

Rather than trying to copy one specific rig, I wanted to capture the feel and character of those tones and turn them into something you can actually use across different songs and playing styles.

Expect dynamic clean and edge-of-breakup sounds, rich mid-focused drive tones, and smooth, singing leads that respond naturally to your picking and guitar volume.

I’ve also explored some of the effects associated with Mayer-style tones, giving the pack more variety than simply another collection of clean amp sounds.

As always, every scene has been carefully dialed in by ear and designed to feel great under the fingers — not just sound good in isolation.

Included in the Full Bundle

The Inspired By John Mayer Pack will also be added to the Fractal AM4 Full Bundle, so existing Full Bundle owners will be able to download the new pack as part of their bundle update.

If you already own the Full Bundle, there’s no need to purchase this pack separately.

And if you’re new to my AM4 patches, the Full Bundle remains the easiest way to get this pack together with my complete collection of Fractal AM4 tones.
