Something new is coming from BOSS.
Today, September 25, BOSS is scheduled to reveal a new product at Guitar Summit 2026 in Mannheim, Germany, during a presentation featuring guitarist Alex Hutchings.
At the time of writing, BOSS has not yet revealed exactly what the new product is — which, of course, makes things a lot more interesting!
What Is BOSS About to Reveal?
The Guitar Summit schedule specifically lists a “New BOSS Product Release”, so this appears to be more than simply a demonstration of an existing product.
The big question is: what is it?
A new effects processor? A new amplifier? Something related to the current BOSS compact pedal range? Or something completely unexpected?
BOSS has already been busy with new gear recently, so there are plenty of possibilities.
As someone who has worked extensively with BOSS gear for many years, I’m definitely curious to see where this one goes — particularly if it’s something aimed at guitarists and patch creation.
