My John Sykes – Still Of The Night preset, originally created for the Fractal FM3, has now been updated and exported specifically for the Fractal FM9, bringing that huge, aggressive Whitesnake-era guitar sound to the FM9.

Inspired by Sykes’ legendary tone on Whitesnake’s 1987 album, the preset is built around a powerful high-gain amp sound with carefully shaped EQ, compression and gating, combined with chorus, delay, reverb and enhancement to create the width and depth associated with that massive ’80s production.

The preset features one dedicated “Still Of The Night” scene, designed to deliver a tight and aggressive rhythm sound while remaining fluid and responsive for lead playing.
