FAS amps are Fractal Audio’s own original amp designs, and some of them are easily among the most interesting models in the unit — from tighter modern high-gain sounds to more aggressive, saturated and lead-oriented tones.
The idea here is simple: same player, same setup, different FAS amps, so you can quickly hear how they compare and decide which ones deserve a place in your own presets.
If you normally stick to familiar Marshall, Mesa, Friedman or 5150-style models, some of these FAS amps may surprise you.
